If you are not completely satisfied with your Narwal purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or contact support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack the Device

  Secure the robot and base station in the original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and affix it clearly to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the unit. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
